SignalGeneriX’s Lynceus2Market project implements the overboard demonstration exercise

The overboard exercise of the Lynceus2Market project was successfully implemented on the 1st of June 2017 at the Joint Rescue Coordination Center in Larnaca, Cyprus. During the exercise, 200 lifejackets which were equipped with the Lynceus2Market technology were thrown into the sea and were successfully localised with the help of the Lynceus2Market UAV. The exercise was broadcasted live and real time to the ZENON Coordination Centre where observers from many countries (among others France, U.S.A., Greece, U.K., Lebanon, Egypt, Hungary, etc.) followed the search and rescue operations.
