Imperial College Alumni Spotlight: Dr Tasos Kounoudes and Divya Gupta

SignalGeneriX, the first R&D company in electrical engineering in Cyprus, revives its first steps. In an online interview, SignalGeneriX CEO Dr. Tasos Kounoudes spoke about his career journey as CEO and co-founder of SignalGeneriX.

As an Imperial College alumnus, Dr. Tasos Kounoudes was invited to an online webinar after being awarded with the Alumni Entrepreneur Award by Imperial College London which recognises and celebrates innovative and creative alumni entrepreneurs who can demonstrate commercial success, growth and impact.

In this webinar he shares the journey of SignalGeneriX with a focus on the early stages of the company. He shares what drove him into entrepreneurship, the challenges that he faced both in the early stages and when the company started growing, and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the company, amongst other topics.

By sharing his journey as an entrepreneur and answering questions from current students, Dr. Tasos Kounoudes aims to inspire current students into following a journey in entrepreneur to continue filling the gaps in the market. His words reflect SignalGeneriX mentality of innovation, excellence, and assistance.
