In a significant stride towards enhancing military capabilities, the €26.8 million “Convoy Operations with Manned-unManneD Systems” (COMMANDS) project has been set in motion, having Cyprus based company, SignalGeneriX, serving as a technology provider partner. Spearheaded by Sener Aerospace & Defense and boasting a consortium of 21 partners from 10 European member states, COMMANDS aims to tackle the complex challenges associated with integrating unmanned ground systems (UGS) alongside manned military vehicles and air systems, creating a formidable force through swarming technology.

COMMANDS represents a crucial step forward in modern warfare strategies, seeking to optimize the synergy between human and unmanned assets. With the European Defence Fund’s substantial support, this project endeavors to overcome hurdles and pioneer innovative solutions in UGS utilization.
