SignalGeneriX University students awards

SignalGeneriX for a third consecutive year acknowledges excellence among final year students of University of Cyprus by sponsoring the ‘SignalGeneriX best final year award’.
The award is given to top performing students of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and the Department of Computer Science at University of Cyprus. The aim of the sponsorship is to bring students closed to industrial high-tech research, and inspire them to pursue careers in engineering, science and technology.
The receivers of the SignalGeneriX awards for 2010 were Mr Miltiades Hadjioannou from the Electrical and Computer Engineering department and Mr Loizos Loizou and Mr Aristos Aristodemou from the Computer Science department.
The Head of Computer Science department Professor Christos Samaras expressed his appreciation of the continuous support of SignalGeneriX to the department, while assistant Professor Dr. Maria Michael from the department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of UCY commented: ‘We are happy that SignalGeneriX is dedicated to supporting our students and our activities. We rate high our collaboration with SignalGeneriX and we acknowledge its continuous support to our research activities’.
