SignalGeneriX Wins Innovation Award in Autonomous Technology at 2025 Army Technology Excellence Awards

SignalGeneriX Ltd has been awarded the Innovation Award in the Autonomous Technology category at the 2025 Army Technology Excellence Awards, recognizing the company’s leadership in autonomous solutions for modern defence operations.

The award honours SignalGeneriX’s development of the LOTUS AI Mission Computer, a compact, ruggedized AI Edge system designed for real-time onboard intelligence. Built within the LOTUS EDIDP project and funded by the EU’s European Defence Industrial Development Programme, LOTUS integrates NVIDIA Jetson Orin modules to deliver up to 100 TOPS of GPU performance for machine learning, computer vision, and signal processing directly at the edge.

The system supports UAVs, ground vehicles, naval vessels, and robotic platforms, offering extensive sensor integration, low power consumption, and reliable operation in extreme conditions (-40°C to +80°C). Its embedded AI enhances ISR, electronic warfare, and autonomous operations without reliance on remote data centres.
